Created branch to fix various tray related bugs including
Bug #345278 - toggle on left mouse click
Bug #304331 - controlling right/left click on tray icon

Added functionality to control behaviour of left click on tray icon.
Configurable options are :
1) toggle show all
2) new note.

Added UI in Preferences.
Modified preferences, settings and tray files.
