Added some info to control script and also skeleton for running environment setup commands. Also when RVM is installed for current user (running diasporactrl install rvm without sudo), this is reflected in user home with the creation of .diaspora directory

Added control script to do things like install and remove rvm. postrm is now prerm. Temporary manual addition of /etc/diaspora in dirs

Added postrm script to remove RVM that postinst has installed

Removed control file, full debian structure now. Postinst will install an RVM instance in to chosen user home path. Currently these is no remove for the rvm installation
